How do I join Grand Harbour Membership? 如何加入大港会员？
You may register as a Gold Member for RM20, or enjoy complimentary registration with a minimum spend of RM300 in a single receipt.
您可支付 RM20 注册成为黄金会员，或在单笔消费满 RM300 时享有免费注册资格。
How do I upgrade to VIP Membership? 如何升级为 VIP 会员？
You will be automatically upgraded to VIP status once your annual spending reaches RM30,000 (before SST and service charge).
当您的年度累计消费达到 RM30,000（未含 SST 与服务费）时，将自动升级为 VIP 会员。
Is membership open to everyone? 会员是否开放给所有人？
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

How do I earn points? 如何赚取积分？
Points are awarded for eligible à la carte food purchases:
- Gold Member: 1 point for every RM10 spent
- VIP Member: 1.5 points for every RM10 spent
凡符合条件的单点食品消费均可累积积分：
- 黄金会员：每消费 RM10 = 1 积分
- VIP 会员：每消费 RM10 = 1.5 积分
What items are eligible for point collection? 哪些项目可累积积分？
Points are earned on à la carte food items only.
仅限单点（À la carte）食品。
What items are not eligible for points? 哪些项目不参与积分累计？
Points are not applicable for:
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Wedding and banquet packages (points are only applicable for bookings below 5 tables)
- Discounted items and vouchers

What is the value of the points? 积分价值是多少？
1 point is equivalent to RM1.

How do I use my points? 如何使用积分？
Points may be used to offset your next dine-in bill, based on the subtotal amount before SST and service charge.
积分可用于抵扣下次堂食账单，并以未含 SST 与服务费的小计金额为准。
Can points be used on all menu items? 积分可用于所有菜品吗？
Points may be redeemed on à la carte items, set menus, and promotional bundles, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
积分可用于单点菜品、套餐及促销组合（须符合相关条款与细则）。
Is there a limit to point redemption? 积分兑换是否有上限？
Yes. The total redeemed points cannot exceed the total bill amount. If your points balance is insufficient, you may redeem the available points and pay the remaining balance separately.
有。积分兑换金额不可超过账单总额。若积分余额不足，您可先使用现有积分抵扣，其余金额需另行付款。
Can points be exchanged for cash? 积分可以兑换现金吗？
No. Points are not exchangeable for cash.

Do my points expire? 积分会过期吗？
Yes. Points are valid for 365 days from the date earned and will automatically expire at the end of the expiry month.

Can I use multiple vouchers in a single bill? 可以在同一账单中使用多张礼券吗？
No. Only one voucher may be redeemed per bill.

Can vouchers be combined with other promotions or discounts? 礼券可以与其他优惠同时使用吗？
No. Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

Can I use vouchers and points in the same transaction? 我可以同时使用礼券和积分吗？
Yes. You may redeem both vouchers and points in a single transaction, subject to the applicable voucher terms and conditions.

Yes. Members will receive dining vouchers equivalent to 2.5% of the total wedding bill value.

- Each voucher is valued at RM50
- Valid for dine-in only
- Valid for 6 months

Can I combine multiple membership accounts? 可以合并多个会员账户吗？
No. Multiple membership accounts cannot be combined.

Can someone else use my membership? 会员资格可以转让他人使用吗？
No. Membership is strictly for personal use and may be subject to identity verification.

Yes. Point redemption is not allowed during the 15 days before and after Chinese New Year.
