“It is a baked mooncake with 3 layers of filling, encasing Chinese favourite superfood – red dates, with lotus paste & longan, followed by pandan paste and then custard at the most centre. Yes, the yellow filling is custard, which we mistakenly thought as egg yolk initially because it looks so close to the real, just more pale in colour.
